I cant wait for the next chapter, I clocked who the perpetrator was and their motives very quick, the comments they made to Oliver made it obvious, but none the less I loved the game. I've never been more irritated by a character, the characters are wrote so well. I'm obsessed
!Spoilers, even though I tried to be subtle about it! I wasn't really feeling anything until chapter 4, to be honest. And it was pretty much clear in every detail who was behind the murder which made the game kind of boring to play. But in chapter 4 where the youknowwhat is revealed I literally got goosebumps. It was such a well written scene with all the symbols and art and everything I just... absoulute cinema, 10/10, made everything worth it honestly. Though I think it was somehow out of the blue since "they" dont really feel like they are that way. It felt like a mere overprotection and dependance with clear obsession, nothing like THAT though. I mean sure it could be but it didnt necessarily feel like it could, it was just a rational possibility.
In other words: ~There could be more hints in the first 3 chapters about that "centipedes" before it was revealed, anything that feels like its a crossed line and it shouldnt would be fine really.
~Shouldve kept the hints about the killer more subtle. That "this sink wasnt used to wipe blood" and "thank god no one in **** ***** is a psychopath" and her being at the dump point revealed literally everything. As if that wasnt enough her view/words about the case his dad worked on was literally screaming "ARE YOU DUMB??? ITS HER!" and I believe this kind of takes away the respect you give to the reader along with the obsious mystery.
With that said, I really have some real high hopes with this game. Other than these two things and the game being extremely short, it was actually a pleasent experience. I hope you take what I said into consideration and make this already amazing game even better than I could ever imagine because I'm telling you, IT HAS POTENCIAL!!!
i loveee all ur games and was soo happy that the demo version is on web now (i can only play on web 😔) also i love how all ur games connect to each other…like Oliver Millie and Mel from cabin fever, Asher and Adalia from Exorcize me (also the fact that Oliver is Asher’s son AND Asher is dead😩) and im pretty sure Emma from bedrot!!! Like they all connect…i love it sm!! Hoping that we can play all the chapters on web soon!!
